is a premier institution established to provide quality education in pharmacy through a co-educational B. Pharmacy program. The vision to establish this college was initiated by our esteemed Chairman, Dr. Shah Alam Rasool Khan, son of the Founder Chairman Late Dr. Mohammed Vizarat Rasool Khan, under the aegis of the Dr. V.R.K. Educational Society. The institute is affiliated to Osmania University (OU), recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and approved by the Government of Telangana.

With an approved intake of 100 students (70 Convenor seats and 30 Management seats) from the academic year 2024–2025, the institute continues the society’s legacy of excellence in higher education. The society has a proud history of establishing reputed institutions, including Dr. V.R.K. Women’s Medical College and Dr. V.R.K. Engineering College for Girls at Aziznagar, RR District, Andhra Pradesh (founded in 2002). It has further expanded its contribution to pharmaceutical education through Dr. V.R.K. Women’s College of Pharmacy, Aziznagar, and Dr. V.R.K. College of Pharmacy, Jagtiyal.
